I have lived in St. Blazey for nearly twenty-six years. For the last eleven of those I have lived on Manor View with my wife and son.
I am very proud to have been a member St. Blaise Town Council since 2017 and, until recently, I sat as a councillor for Tywardreath and Par.
I am the current chair of the Town Council’s Environment and Waste Committee, which was formed in response to the councils declaration of a climate emergency. I am the representative, for both council’s, on the PL24 Community Association. This year I became the Chair. It is a key role which I enjoy enormously.
In St Blazey we have a fantastic community sprit and a spectacular heritage. It would be an honour to represent you at County Hall.

My pledges to you St. Blazey has had more than its fair share of big housing development. The town’s neighbourhood plan indicates no more significant building is needed until at least 2030. My Pledge I will fight to protect St. Blazey’s green spaces against over-development
St. Blazey used to have its own fully staffed police station. The town council fought to keep the building but more cuts have seen local policing stretched while crime has risen. My Pledge I will work with all stakeholders to try to bring about the re-opening of St. Blazey Police Station
Ocean Housing and the STARR Project are both investing in our town. I would like to see more investment with the aim of creating long term employment. My Pledge I will work with investors, local councils, businesses and startups to bring jobs to St. Blazey
